Ankle weights
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
These would fit better if my ankles were larger. The velcro holds nicely, but slips on my small ankles. Good design and very comfortable.
Not really designed for smaller wrists
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I bought these about ten months ago for a new exercise series I was starting (Cathe Freidrich’s STS program), which required a lot of quick changing of weights in small increments. I needed to be able to add one or two pounds to my dumbbells, and thought that strapping these onto my wrists would be a good way to increase my weights.
According to the description of this product, these are supposedly usable as wrist weights, but I found that they are much too big for my wrists. I am on the smaller size (I’m a size 2 or 0), but I was disappointed that I spent so much on these since they were marketed as wrist weights, too, which is why I downgraded my review to four stars. I did end up using them on my wrists since I spent the money on them, but they slipped a lot, and didn’t remain stable while I wore them.
Overall, though, the quality of these is very nice, and the feature of being able to change the weights is great. It’s pretty easy to slide the weights in and out of their pockets, which makes these really versatile. The fabric/material is also of high quality, and these have held up really nicely; in fact, mine look brand new, even though they’ve gotten a lot of use this past year.
Good quality product!
very happy with these

I really like these adjustable ankle weights and I use them a couple of times a week. They are a great add-on to various leg exercises that I do to build strength. It is easy to change the weights in and out. I am now planning to get the 10 lb version of these as well. Great product.
Just what I was looking for

The ankle weights are comfortable and were just what I wanted. They were received promptly.
Very Nice And Versatile
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I needed ankle weights for my new exercise program. I had never had any before, and had no idea what to buy.
As it turned out, these are very well made, very versatile, and very comfortable. I’m sure you can read the actual details on the overview.
The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the packaging. They were packed in one of those “clam-shell” packs. It took me at least 15 minutes just to get them out of there! It would be hard to describe just how bad that was, but these packages tempt one to go out to the garage for a hacksaw to get into them, yuk!!
